Discharge Valve Assembly Abrasive Service for APLEX SC-35/SC-45 (SKU:7206-0383-00A) Manufactured from ASTM A240 S31803 duplex stainless steel body with UNF 3A thread accuracy ±0.001", API 7K compliant. Tungsten carbide (WC-12Co) valve core, HVOF-sprayed coating hardness HV0.3≥1200, pressure rating ≥100MPa. Salt spray tested >2000hrs corrosion-free, abrasion resistance 80% higher than 316SS. EPDM seal ring with GB/T 5267.1 electroplated layer ≥10μm.
