The piston cup (2-3/4 inches wear-resistant XNBR, SKU: 5260221) is made from ASTM D2000-20 CH70 grade carboxylated hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (XNBR). It has a temperature range of-40℃ to 150℃, tensile strength of at least 28MPa, and permanent compression deformation of no more than 12% (70℃ for 24 hours). This cup is designed to fit the hydraulic end of an API 7K mud pump, offering 65% better wear resistance compared to NBR. It has passed the ISO 1817 liquid immersion test and meets UNF 3A thread accuracy ±0.001".
